Casa Juan is a beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in the charming village of Los Romanes, designed as a comfortable home rather than a generic rental. It offers sweeping views over Lake Viñuela, a private non-heated swimming pool, and generous outdoor spaces including shaded terraces and a covered dining area with a built-in BBQ. Indoors, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy lounge with wood burner, and air conditioning for summer comfort and winter warmth. All bedrooms are well-appointed, and the master suite includes an en-suite with a bathtub. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests and includes free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and private parking for two cars.

Please note: a €50–€90 surcharge applies for late-night arrivals. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but ashtrays are provided on the terraces.
